FunFact: Windows folder naming

The Windows File Naming Quirk

Did you know that in any of the Windows versions at least up to Windows 11, you cannot create a folder or file with the name “CON“?
The same restriction also applies to the words “PRN“, “AUX“, “NUL“.
This restriction dates back to the days of MS-DOS, where these names were reserved for specific system devices. For instance, “CON” stands for the console, and “PRN” stands for the printer.
This legacy restriction has been carried over to all modern versions of Windows, which is why trying to name a file or folder “CON” will still result in an error after all these years.
